 Yeah I tried the hairdryer (its surprising how hot that makes the metal). I'll try Mr Bali Ha'i suggestion, if I'm still struggling I'll get a jewellers to remove them and then get Ralf to send me a couple of replacement screws with the Moray I have on order, just t oimprove the asthetic.
