 The screws on mine were a  little difficult to shift first time -- I found a "third hand" helped to hold the watch whilst I used the two screwdrivers.

Interestingly though I didn't see any evidence of Loctite on the screws.

This has made me  wonder should I be applying a small ammount of Loctite after I have changed the strap on my Sea Devil?
