I've given myself a year to save up to something special for my 30th next year and I thought I could use a few opinions and justifications since I'm such a fickle sorta guy.

These particular pieces have always struck my fancy, and I'd like to know your thoughts on them too.

Disclaimer: none of these photos are mine.  I found them off the web and are purely for my own reference.  If you are the owner of any of these images and would like them deleted please PM me and I will do so immediately.

And the bucket list goes:

RGM Model 250P.  I really like this most unique take on the Fleiger, especially the blued dial screws and the tiered dial construction.  Also being an RGM, I'd be hard pressed to see someone else wearing one in Singapore.

Rolex Explorer I.  I've wanted one every since I was 18, when dad brought me to the AD to pick up his GMT II.  It's an iconic, instantly recognisable piece that will never grow old in my eyes.  Inifinitely versatile to go with any attire.  Problems?  Everybody and the local pawn-shop has one, not to mention the fakes mistake.gif.

GO Senator Navigator
To me, the final word in pilot watches and the watch of choice for someone discreet yet informed.  Best part is, being a Glashutte, the nicest bits are the bits you can't see.

Tag Heuer Monaco Reissue.  I'm not a big Tag Heuer fan, but I'm a big Steve McQueen fan, and this watch will always bring back memories of that famous scene in the Le Mans movie.  This is another timeless design, imo.

Sinn 203 ST.  The essential Sinn chronograph.  Rugged, dependable, legible and a no-nonsense companion.

Breitling SuperOcean Heritage 38.  Finally a simple, solid dive watch that fits on my skinny 6.75" wrist without looking like a wrist-weight.  I also really like that mesh bracelet.

But most of all, I'd like to know what you guys think, and if there are any owners here willing to chip in with their thoughts?

Thanks everyone.
Jonathan
