The JA show is held in the Javits center, usually around the end of July. If I'm not a dad yet, I'll be there. The main show portion is open to the trade only. BUT, there is a section hosted by the American Watch Guild (Bert Kalisher) that's open to the public. Its generally a nice size area with at least 20 different vendors - high and low-end. Another BUT; I'm not sure in the AMG is going to be present this year. It's best to email them and check. Go to nrg wrote: GREAT REVIEW!!!:D Thanks for all the info!! As our roving reporter where will you be going next??:P Thanks. I probably should mention besides the watches I look for around my price point, I also check out the higher-end stuff; Pierre Kunz; Officine; Fortis; Oris; Kreiger; and some others. Next stop is the JA Show in NY. Its usually much much lower key, but that's where I found Orient last year, so you never know. Last edited on Thu Jun 8th, 2006 01:31 pm by IW |
