I bought one of those, too. Just waiting for it to arrive.
I can understand the concerns of first time buyers and newbie collectors. I must say I really like the Benarus watch cases that came with the Barracuda and Sea Devil. That said, I currently have some of my watches stored in a Pelican 1120 case (can hold 4 watches) using pick-n-pluck foam (see attached, Sea Devil is now GONE!).
I am looking forward to the travel roll case that is being provided with the Moray. BTW, it looks like leatherette to me, but I'll let Steve clarify that.
For those of you wanting a Benarus watch case, perhaps some will go up for sale at some point. Once I get my four watch case I might let my Barracuda case go (blue stitching, but no Benarus logo on that case).
I for one am very interested in what the leather strap will look like.
