As a collector of first generation Gevril, this is one that I want but, will most likely never be able to afford. There were only 50 made, mostly in gold so it is quite rare and very expensive when they rarely come to market. There have been a couple listed in the last year on eBay but even in steel, was out of my league. I have the original Gevril catalog which lists this watch but gives no technical information about the movement and since it was a late addition to the Gevril line, it is not mentioned in the Gevril cocktail table book, which was published at the time the brand was launched. I have a feeling that it is most likely an ETA movement that Gevril modified as most of the other first generation product was. There are only two first generation items missing from my collection, this is one and the day date is the other. Maybe someday...... Clyde
