 The company I work for is SUPER strict, and they have not yet blocked any Watch Sites.  Although my loss of productivity come fantasy football season now that I am a budding WIS may force them to change course.

As stated above, you can always ask for the specific site to be allowed.  Most IT teams are pretty understanding if you show a need.
