Well the story is like this... I bought a Fortis b-42 Marinemaster white dial after looking at Paxmans for maybe a year or so and and was so please with the build of the watch i started looking on the sales forums for an older Fortis Stratoliner with the lemania 5100 movement. I saw a few for sale mainly on Ebay but just not the right one or from the right type of person. Then i spotted this new release Stratoliner with the 7750 movement that was pre-loved like new and made an offer and that is how i talked myself into two Fortis watches in a matter of two weeks. I will most likely move the bracelet from one watch to the other until i can run across another bracelet or may the white rubber strap for the B-42 (i am not sure on this one, some days i think it is cool then others i think a white strap is, well a white strap) Either way my watch budget is shot but i cannot say enough about these Fortis watches, they and built to last a lifetime. The last of my summer moves in the world of watches is a mod to my Debaufre Ocean One Classic. I have always like the old Tudor subs with snow flake hands and after see the price of those on the sales forums i decided this was an affordable option. The hands came from Hong Kong and arrived with terrible lume so i had that knocked out and had them relumed to match the hour markers on the dial and it turned out great IMO. Ok here are some Q&D's ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Over all i could not be any more pleased with all three of these and i am pretty sure they are all keepers. Now I need to start saving for that cool new blue Orsa that is calling to me! :D
