Know what?.....I noticed that my 5.5mm thick straps actually are more comfortable than the thinner ones. After a few weeks the strap will really set in around the wrist better and the watch, specially big watches, will behave better on the wrist. I think you'll see/feel what I mean in due time.;)
It's amazing how a new strap (and especially a custom strap like this one built the way YOU want it) can really transform the look and feel of one of your favorites.
Bigrusty - this one is a solid 5mm thick...maybe just a hair over.
