 Welcome to 3T and congrats on snagging a Moray, your first experience with the Benarus customer service and Steve getting back to you in 5 minutes is pretty normal for Ralf and Steve.

As mentioned above along with the awesome custom bracelet on the Moray you will also receive a brown and black leather strap....the black will ship separate, Ralf was not satisfied with the quality of the first batch.

Make sure you check out the Megalodon, this watch is a custom design, with a bunch of input from members of this forum, it will have a swiss ETA movement and will probably be shipping in January.  The limited edition run is almost sold out, I believe there are only 4 or 5 left....this will be ann unbelievable watch.
