 first off, thanks for the watch - got mine today and i'm even more impressed than i thought i'd be. 

2nd, the screwdriver issue is no joke, not too much damage but i did scratch the screws a bit when i adjusted the braclet and def scratched the lug bar screw trying to put on the leather strap...

thanks for the watch though - it looks great.
