FWIW, I've owned a bunch of Elysee watches. In fact my very first purchase from IW was an Elysee Quartz Chrono. I still have it. They all have been very nicely made. My absolute favorite was a Covair model (I think that is what it was) that had a 24 hour hand much like the Arbutus 74B or the Glycine Combat. I never got one, but I had a couple that were nearly that watch. They always got compliments when I wore them. If I were to recommend an Elysee from the models Marc has left, I would chose the Elysee Auto GMT #49031. That is quite a bargain. I don't know why I'm not snapping it up right now...:) BTW, picture this watch on a black Hirsch Liberty strap instead of the medium brown it comes with.
