 I have purchased two Stuhrling watches. Both came promptly via FEDEX within days of the order. They were nicely packaged with a return FEDEX bag included for sending the watch back (for whatever).

I didn't like my second purchase. So, I put it right back in the return FEDEX pack and drove to FEDEX and shipped it back. All in all, a very good experience with WSS. No complaints.
