Yesterday I emailed Steve about an issue I had with a bracelet. Not only was the response quick, but he offered me a bracelet off one of his watches. I was floored. I was looking for some advice, and he went way above and beyond. We agreed on a solution that didn't involve leaving one of his watches "bracelet naked", but his first instinct left a great impression. Thanks Steve yourock.gif rob.
