looking at picking up a ninja 250 or 500. anyone here have one or can recommend a good reliable mainly eco driver. doing my part ot help the oil shortage. although returning 13 mill illegals would really help more in my opinion.
dont overlook dual purpose bikes like the honda 650 or the Kawasaki 650
they are bulletproof reliable and you can go just about anywhere on one while enjoying 50 mpg.They also have a upright seating position thats much more comfortable and the handle just as well in the twisties.
I ride a KTM 625 sxc and its a great hooligan bike that gets great gas mileage!
