 1. I believe 100 of each dial were made.

2.  I was told by Berg a while back that he had hoped that a bracelet would be available with his next watch.  At that time the lug demensions were said to be the same and that bracelet would therefore fit the Monstrum.  Not sure if that is still the plan.
