 I purchased a Seiko Monster from Fraction Price (FP), earlier this year.  FP had the lowest price, so I bought it.  Shipping was free and I received my new watch in a week.

FP is one of several sites associated with World of Watches, owned by Swiss Watch International (SWI).  eWatches, International Watch Club, The Time Zone, and Watch Discounters are some of the other sites that have almost identical inventories and prices.
