 OK, so I noticed this morning that the hour hand on my Alpha PO knockoff doesn't line up correctly. At the top of each hour, the hour hand is actually about 2 minutes before the hour.

Any ideas on how to correct this? I'm willing to try taking the watch apart if need be, as by the time I had my local watch guy take it apart to correct, it'd be cheaper to just buy another one :cool:.
