I would set the watch to 12 in afternoon. Stop the movement so none of the hands will move. Remove the back and depress release button the take crown out. Pull movement and all out the back. Use a bow type hand puller and remove and reset the hands at the 12. Then just reassemble, be careful not to press to hard on the hands so it does not press to hard on the jewel.
