Did not get instead of the Omega, just another "previous" addition to the collection (the Coaxial GMT movement in the Omega starts with a 2893 Ebauché...).

It has, though, one of the missing characteristics in the Omega: you do not see many of these out there!

I think the dial is busy, but it gives me a "Navitimer" impression without being a copy/homage or even similar at all.

I do not know if there are to many watches out there with an inner rotating dial like this one, maybe I just did not pay attention before. The one I saw is the Patek Philippe World Time (not suggesting any kind of comparison...). I like the concept of not adjusting it every time I deplane.

Nothing against the Debaufré, but it is a bit too close to Rolex to me.

Paid price is less than the price of the movement alone, around 1/3 of the "Deb" on sale. THAT I could not resist...
