Jareds is full of it :D...as long as you align the rubber o-ring gasket and tighten that caseback down you will be fine ....you can take it to another jeweler that has a repairman on staff or try one of the kiosks in the mall that replace batteries....I believe Kay jewelers charge under $20. with a lifetime warranty hand6.gif
^^ this.. i gave a friend a bulova and had them do the battery BECAUSE of the warranty..
