That said, I do think of Rolex as a classic. It's not going anywhere anytime soon. I do wish they would make a more reasonably priced 43mm watch. The DSSD is far and away a great looking watch but, the monstrous price tag is a bit of an eyesore.
I did tell the guy at my shop to call me when they get a no date sub in. I'm going to try it on and see what it's like having a black watch on at that size. I have a feeling that the size isn't going to bother me much. I just have to remember not to wear my Breitling Avenger Skyland in when I try it on. It just wouldn't be fair.
BRP, do you happen to own any Rolex watches? I can't remember seeing any in the daily check. But There's just so many cool watches I see.
