 I would highly recommend that you consider a Seiko Orange or Black Monster watch in your price range. You didn't mention why you needed the 600m rating, but it is a bit of overkill unless you are going to use it for diving A LOT.

The Seiko Monster watches are exceptional with the best lumn on the market short of gas tube watches. They are rugged and backed by a solid company. They are available on a rubber strap or SS bracelet.
