just make sure you are close to the center rather than the outer end of the hand and there will be less of a chance of bending it in case that is where 0 really is and the dial is wrong and it won't budge....I haven't seen any full circle power reserve indicators like this one and most are like a half circle....like I said I wouldn't expect too much from a Parnis other than the unexpected.:D
