Thankfully she has not seen my avatar! I have tried to explain the whole WIS thing to her, but she insists she can only see the "Idiot" part in WIS :D
You could just start her interest by buying her a nice watch for xmass;)

She wears my Sub from time to time (and it looks great on her) and I have tried to buy her a nice watch but she is just not into watches. Shoes are a different story
She is quite happy using her cell to tell the time.
