I might suggest that you move the watch much more if it has completely unwound. Especially if you aren't active during your day. Otherwise, the watch may stop or not keep good time. I move my Seiko's and Orient watches back and forth 50 to 100 times to get a good wind in it (if they are flat out of juice). A nice wide and gentle arc swing works well. For your winding automatic, wind it 15 to 20 turns if it has been allowed to run down to zero.
