I was looking at these with interest until I handled them a few weeks back when I was in Milwaukee. After wearing such big watches these seemed a bit small. I'm not a huge guy but do have a 7.25 wrist whcih I think is fairly average. The diver seemed better for me at 38.5mm but the store would only discount 10% off the $1300 list. I would've snagged it at a 25% discount because I love the design on these pieces.

I am also not sure I can wrap my mind around the facetted crystal. I am undecided at this point and still remain interested in the diver along with the new BALL diver. Both have greenish color schemes which appeal to my lact of taste.

Eric, the watch does look great on you and i do like the others I've seen posted here. Everthing old is new again... Enjoy the watch!! I'll be interested to see how the case holds up to dingers. The salesman at the store told me it was not scratch resistant as it was stainless steel to which I replied that I thought RADO was famed for developing scratch resistant cases...the was met with a blank expression...

May be its the uninformed retail outlets in Wisconsin that are bothering me. I've seen the diver on the Bay for half of list... got another watch gig in September...

RADO Diver?
BALL Diver
MKII Blackwater (12 weeks wait)

Ugh!!
