**ANNOUNCEMENT
Due to new regulations emanating from the FCC, FBI, CIA, DEA, NSC and other regulatory agencies in charge of national demise I am being forced to alter the numerical tracking system used to identify the correct order for these continually important assertions and announcements regarding our industry and the characters involved in same.
From now on the numerical system which has been "progressive" will be changed to a alpha/numerical combination system meant to fulfill the regulations recently initiated for the purpose of national security and forum defense. The new identifcation system will NOT be progressive in the normal sense. You will now be required to use your secret decoder rings (MilSpec SOC44329601111) in order to correctly determine which announcements are in which order. The system has been designed to thwart all attempts of security breaching or remote manipulation. Make certain that your batteries are charged in your rings!

CAUTION! Some of you were issued "Blue" decoder rings. It has been determined that this particular issued ring can and does cause brain damage. The collective organizations and agencies have ascertained that only 4 of these corrupted rings were issued and they have been tracked to one of our sub-departmental groups facilitating mind control and thought dispersion methods to the general public. 3 of these rings have been tracked and recovered, but one remains in the field and poses a serious risk to the owner/wearer or anyone in close proximity to that person or the ring itself.
The current location is under close investigation, but we have narrowed the location to a 25 mile area around the city of Eden Prairie, MN. As you may well know, that is where THIS message is being originated and dispersed. That is purely a coincidence.
The item is strategic to our programs and will be recovered. Even if we are forced to remove the ring forcibly from the person/persons either wearing or storing same.
Further updates on this matter can be found by logging into the secret discussion forum and entering your code name and the serial number provided on each of your own "RED" rings which are safe and still highly functional.
