I do not think anyone is getting the point. The returned merchandise can be from the other 49 states, like all returns from everywhere. It could have been a returned product from the jump folks. The return does not have to be from a consumer it could have come from higher up the ladder. If slop is doing 2% of your sales then doesn't that sound like a preconsumer lot defect or odd lot rate.
