U.S. Customs is holding my Megalodon for two reasons. The first is its declared value ($50 which in fact is under valued). Customs has valued the watch at $1000 dollars, way over valued. When I asked how they determined this they said on the web (that watch is the second generation which has no preorder discount) So I have to have the Ralf or Steve send an updated invoice. The second reason is the case it comes in. The Customs official believed it to be exotic and illegal, when in fact it is man made. So a U.S. Fish and Wildlife inspector is going to have to clear it, "sometime within the next two weeks". Bottom line no watch and no clue when it will get here. Anyone else having problems with U.S. Customs?
