Welcome to monitor calibration errors. Depending on your monitor settings and color calibration, you both can be seeing the same watch in different colors. Your monitor can have its own built-in color hue error that can lead you to think the blue in that dial is a pale green, slightly red or something else.  As monitors age this  condition can be  amplified. It is possible to calibrate your monitor all through its life to correct these errors, but few people do it. :)
