Sorry, this pic don't show very well the 2 crowns but that's the top one who turn the inner-bezel...

I got this 2 ways inside-bezel system also on my GV2 Sub... But the crown is a bit loose and with a hit on it, the bezel can turn suddenly. My watch-maker told me that the gasket wasn't tight enough and that he could fix it with a tighter gasket on the crown axis. I still prefer outside one-way bezels. Sorry, this pic don't show very well the 2 crowns but that's the top one who turn the inner-bezel...
