and Big Kudos to Howard....Now That's Customer Service 
Just got my replacement O&W 6497 Cushion case watch from Howard Marx at westcoastime.com. My first one had a cosmetic flaw in the movement. This one is perfect. The lumn is even better. Howard sent along a nice CF strap for my "troubles." Very nice thing to do and I am happy as a clam. :)
