I'm a big fan of pilot's watches and love the inner hour and sterile dial, just like the original, except for the small second, which I like a lot too. The Unitas 6498 is also one of the best choice for these IMHO. The ONLY straps I see on these big pilot's, are thick leather straps, nothing else, no maratac, no stainless... I personally don't like the look at all on Nato or Zulu, personal taste of course...I also have the same Revue Thommen Guillaume has (Hammerfjord) and I was wearing it on a Di-Model Chronissimo (very nice strap for that watch by the way) which I changed for a bond Nato (just like you Guillaume
) and I think it's going to be hard to take it off , but, it's a 44mm chrono pilot and not a B-Uhr Homage. Again, this is just my opinion and I've seen people putting these on rubber diver strap (OMG, how can someone do that!!!
