Should be a tear off form at the bottom of your invoice. It has a PAID mailing label to use. They then charge you $6 when you return an item. (Either charge your account or your credit card. On the back of the tear part is the Return Form which you need to fill out COMPLETELY.
If you don't see this or can't find it, email me and I will give you the email & phone number for their CS department.
