Close, but it doesn't work that way. It works by advancing the hour and minute hand past 12 until you reach the time setting in the window. Then you advance the analog hour hand back until it is at local time.
Case size is 42mm, but it looks like a 43mm on. The crown probably adds another 5mm. 22mm strap size. This model came in a black dial as well. Javelle still has it available in their lineup in a creme colored dial.
