Way too much overkill for my "little" woodpecker :P, but I love those desert tan looks on these. The color just seems to fit the gun.
I kind of waundered away from .45 when I bought my 1st S&W Shorty Fourty 10 years ago. The .40 SW seems to fit my sensitivities a tad better. I just sold my last 10mm Colt Gold Cup to a collector in Kentucky. He drove up as far as Putnam County and I met him there. I think he was from Bowling Green too. Go figure.??:shock:
I have never used a suppressor/silencer for anything short of keeping the noise down a bit while around other eyes and ears that might decide to get nosey. Of course if I get caught with one of the darn things it will take a month of Sundays to talk my way out of THAT mess!
