I hate to say it but it kind of reminds me of one of the Sea Vultures or Grand Reserve Aqua Sub NOMA thing-a-ma-jobs from those guys with the yellow boxes... JMHO but not my cup of tea. Thrue...The sea-vulture is in the air... He recognise himself his influences from Concord(Quantum), Hublot(Big Bang) and other high techs but it's also close to some Invicta and a bit of Chase-Durer(Conquest) to... But I guess that the actual "high-tech" military look is just around all of that by definition: Sharp, robust and deflective angles inspired from armoured vehicles, different levels like sandwich bolting/riveting, visible support structure with an industrial steel construction look, massive and minimalistic like a weapon-tool... But this is from the old military industry in fact: In a close future, with the nanotechnology, we'll certainly got all of that transformed in smooth and aerodynamic/melted shapes with no visible joints/angles, reducing weak points unvisibles to the naked eye with no attackable gap... And those industrial looks will become old-tech.
