Paul, if you tighten it enough and are vigilant on the visual checks, you should be ok.

Otherwise, I have a tip for you: use a light, small touch/dab/drop of your wife's clear or see-through nail polish on the screws and they'll keep. I do that all the time to some of my watches and always to the folding elbow points of all my glasses............and I haven't lost a single screw ever since. Nobody will notice the nail polish unless it's Superman who checks out your wrist.
