I think a rose gold case with a black dial would be a good one to offer to WIS but somehow it seems ---and this is just my opinion ---- more appealing to older gentlemen. The IWC Portuguese line, for example, in gold case and black dial is already preferred by many of my older friends. But a good alternative or choice to offer would be the same rose gold case BUT with either a 1) silvery white dial, 2) milk dial or 3) beige ivory. This would be similar to the default options of the luxury brands like PP, VC and AP, to name a few. As for the technical side, with just 10 microns coating, after the passage of time, a scuffed or fading rose gold case will stand out much more and get more noticed, if the dial were black rather than if the dial were a lighter color as I detailed above.
