Watchtime had an article a while ago, comparing the Tissot and a Tutima diver, stating that the Tissot was painful to wear. Wrath of Kwon,...the watch wears very comfortable to me with absolutely no discomfort at all even when I wear it all day long. The porthole portion of the caseback is offcenter and does stick up from the flat portion of the caseback by ~ 1.5mm (porthole section is ~27mm in diameter compared to the flat portion of the caseback which is ~34mm in diameter). I could see that, depending on how you wear your watches and how promenent one's wrist bone protrudes from the wrist contour, the porthole edge might be able to interfere with the edge of the wristbone...that might create some discomfort...no discomfort for me, however.
