 Hi there - though I would show you a new strap I have just put on my Meg and quite happy with result. Searched out this 24/24 mm BOB Sportiva leather aged calf strap from waccex in Germany. 

I understand this particular BOB strap goes through a similar waterproofing process to the Kodiak straps used on Anomino, Kobold, Panerai.

Also got waccex to supply a screw linked OEM buckle.

Had originally wanted a sturdy waterproof strap at a decent price, and think I have achieved this.  Let me know what you think.
