Excellent Foster ! Glen bought one from the Same seller I believe and e-mailed Mido and had His authenticated when He needed xtra Links
There seems to be an abundance of this Model for Sale on the Bay at many different Price points from $99. and Up ....Nice NOS Watch from What I Have Heard :) For a time all Swiss manufacturers were required to put a T on the dial if the lume contained Tritium, not just Mido.
Tritium has since been banned because of its slight radioactivity...that is why newer watches do not carry the T on the dial.
Your is likely NOS and made during the time when Tritium was still in use.
When you get the watch you can email the serial number on the back to MIdo and they will tell you if the watch is authentic.
The whole Thailand story the seller gave you is total bullsh*t.
