Just to make it clear, the ETA2836-2 is an ETA movement, but the addition of the GMT feature using the date wheel is strictly a Chinese modification using Chinese parts, thus taking it out of the true Swiss Movement category. As O has said time after time, the only GMT movement the ETA makes is the ETA 2893-2.....period! That said, I own a GMT watch using the Chinese modified 2836-2 and have had no problems with it. ![]()
