If this is your first LUM style homage I would recommend getting the spring bars that look like the screws, makes it REALLY EASY to change the strap with no possiblity of damaging the lugs...i actually use a tooth pic to change straps.
BTW, great looking watch
This is like my 10th one. now here is the sad part of that story. I have NO idea what you are talking about. Where can i see these spring bars, and where can I get them? I have a Luminor that i picked up a few years back for a song and a dance, and one of the reasons was because the screw bar was stripped and screwed in all dinked up. The bracelet was broken, and no way to get it off. (I got it for SOOOo much less because of it, But i dremeled out the screw. (very carefully) and now use spring bars, but I am embarresed to be out and about with it, as a Pam doesnt like right without screws. IMO. please. tell me more!!
i have been collecting the "Homages" for YEARS. Since the first companies got busted by richemont, and I have been destroying the lugs for YEARS with a screw driver.
Scott... The spring bars that Nick is referring to can be purchased from Stan at Panatime... I have some and they work great!
