Going with a new arrival today...the vintage Suwa dialed Seiko 6309-7040...

You're on a roll, Chris! bravo.gifGeeeshh...2 vintage and hard-to-find, certifiably-collectible Seiko divers in a week. Not only are you buying into great timepieces, but you also get some history and the heritage of their field performances as a bonus. BIG CONGRATS, AMIGOyahoo.gif

Jeff...thanks so much for the kind words amigo!!! thankyou.gif

I can heartily recommend both the 6105 and 6309, and cannot believe it took me this long to give these great vintage Seiko divers a try...these are both wonderfully designed and well built pieces...love the dimensions and design of these vintage "cushion" style cases!!!thumbsup.gif

...anyone that loves the SKXxxx series Seikos will absolutely love the 6309...very similar bezel and hands design, but with the added wrist presence of the vintage "cushion" style case.

...the 6105 is just such a classic, vintage look from the asymetric case design, to the dial and hands style IMO...so cool.
