| Not totally familiar with this model watch and the bezel, but most bezel inserts should be easy to replace. My thought is that if the watch is all you want minus the bezel insert, it seems to me that you could get it and replace the bezel insert with one of your liking. If the price is good, then it seems to me you could do that easily enough. Unless the bezel insert is not replaceable on this particular model watch? or it is so expensive that it would be best to buy a whole new watch? My 2 cents...
