I'd wear the Pam. People who give grants or approve grants are somehow trained to spot certain signals from proponents. If you wear El Grand Cheapo, you'd look like you have very little respect for yourself plus you'd project an image that you hardly can make ends meet.El Grand Cheapo, isnt that a limited edition Invicta?
But regardless of the watch, if your project/proposal is worthy and makes sense, you'll get the grant.
