 anyone ever zap any of the movements on a demag. to see it that helped any of them.  One of my friends swears by it on all of his cheaper auto's, I need to call him up about these movements. 

Do the Seiko's have any coating on the movements to prevent rust, because I swear I touched one with clean hands and watched it start to oxidize?
