Its an eBay brand. Despite the name, its not German and definitely Chinese. Just go to the Bay and type in "Apogaum" - you will get lots and lots of models. Which look like every other eBay brand watch with a fictitious European watching-making history behind it.
Actually, they claim Swiss Made on alot of their watches(even put it right under the 6). I have heard MANY bad things about these watches, the reveiw done here is the only one I have read that is positive.
